Flourish Schools provides catering services in Jersey secondary schools through contracted delivery, working in partnership with the Government of Jersey. Secondary school catering operates at pace, with high student numbers, short service windows and varied preferences requiring a service that is efficient, well organised and consistent. Our focus is on delivering freshly prepared food that can be served quickly, reliably and at scale.

Menus and Service

Menus are designed specifically for secondary school environments, offering a range of hot and cold options alongside vegetarian choices. Menus operate on a three week cycle, with termly menus planned in advance to provide consistency, value and variety while allowing flexibility to respond to demand and feedback.

Service layouts, staffing levels and processes are structured to support fast throughput and reduce queuing, helping students access food within limited lunch periods and supporting an orderly lunchtime environment.

Menus are planned to meet School Food Standards while balancing familiarity, variety and value, ensuring food is practical for schools and appealing to students.
