Flourish Schools is led by a small, experienced operations team responsible for the day to day management and delivery of services across primary and secondary schools in Jersey.

The team oversees all operational aspects of the service, including staff management, compliance, planning and performance. They work closely with school leaders and the Government of Jersey to ensure services are delivered consistently, safely and in line with agreed standards and expectations.

Supported by kitchen and service teams on the ground, the operations team plays a central role in maintaining standards and ensuring school food provision runs smoothly each day, allowing schools to focus on learning with confidence in the service being delivered.

Our wider team

Alongside our operations team, Flourish Schools is supported by over 50 kitchen and catering staff working across primary and secondary schools in Jersey.

These teams are based in schools each day and play a vital role in the preparation, service and smooth running of school meals. From early morning set up through to service and close down, they ensure food is prepared safely, served with care and delivered on time.

Our kitchen and catering staff are trained to work within school environments and understand the routines, expectations and responsibilities that come with that setting. Consistency, reliability and attention to detail underpin their work, helping schools and families have confidence in the service being delivered.

Together, our wider team ensures that school food provision is dependable, well managed and integrated into the school day.
